1. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Based on the delivery method you chose, you will get the order in the period of 10-14 days. After the order has been placed, it takes 3-4 business days to handle by the manufacture. You get a tracking number and the order will be despatched. After that, it takes on average 14 days to be delivered in:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, China (Hong Kong), Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam.

Countries we do not ship to:

Colombia, Chile, Cyprus, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Norway, Maldives, Mexico, Philippines, Israel, South Africa, Afghanistan, India, Iceland.

2. HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

After the order is confirmed, your package is in the queue. Usually, it takes 3-4 business days to despatch your order. You receive a confirmation e-mail with all the needed information.

Your package is on it's way to you! It takes on average 14 days (*excluding clearance/customs delays) for the package to be delivered at its destination. You can track your package using a tracking number!

3. WHY IS MY TRACKING INFO NOT UPDATING?

Nothing to worry about, this is perfectly normal. When your order is in transit and moving between countries, tracking will be very slow to update (the package(s) are on shipping containers in the middle of the ocean).

When the item lands in your country, it will move very quickly to your doorstep. You can track it by simply entering your tracking ID included in your shipping confirmation email into the official local post website. You can expect to receive your package(s) through your local carrier once it passes through customs. Times will vary depending on multiple factors, including seasonality, backlog, and the speed of your local carrier.
